Returns & Exchanges

At Make Your Own Perfume, we want you to love your signature scent, but we understand that fragrance is a personal journey. If your custom creation or curated kit doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our scent specialists via email with your order number to begin the return or exchange process.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the fragrance bottle and any unused components in the original packaging to ensure the glass remains protected during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid return label provided by our team and attach it to the outside of your package, then drop it off at any authorized shipping location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our lab receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
